Pause and go to display. and turn off the flicker filter. the game won't flcker but instead will get rid of the soft, fuzzy look in the game and it will make a sharper display

when you are in a car and followed by the police just pull your cell phone and go down into youfind cheats click on it and your health should be there first and just keep clicking on health and your car will keep fixing and your health will keep going up.

(note:you just can do that with the yellow cell phone)

While playing, Press Up on the D-pad to bring up Niko's cellphone. Press Up again and you'll get the keypad to enter the cheats on. Once you enter a cheat successfully, a Cheat menu will appear on the phone now, and you can enter the menu to toggle the codes on or off. Don't save your game or continue progress with these cheats on, you won't get a lot of achievements.

How To get quick money

Here is a quick greed fix to get money to get ammo or whatever. If you haven't noticed already, there are various locations around the city which has OUTSIDE ATM machines. There is an intersection at Cassidy St. and Tuscararora Ave. just outside the hospital which has two ATM's to which you can monitor with a better advantage. There is one on Cassidy St. to the left on the wall just as you exit the hospitals "U" shaped driveway. Then as your facing that ATM turn to your left and at the intersection there is one on Tuscarora Ave. What you do is stand in between them both so they are visible and wait for a pedestrian to use one of them. Make sure it isn't a police officer or a Security guard, for obvious reasons. Also keep an eye out for cop cars. It is bound to happen, but if you get caught, just escape the wanted radius and return. All you do is when the person leaves the ATM after using it, kill them and you will get the money that they just withdrawed. I usually get between $500 and $1000 every time. I am almost certain there are more locations with two ATM's to monitor, but this is the first location that I spotted and I use it a-lot!! Now, just so I don't get sued or accused of making some idiot do it in real life, THIS IS ONLY INTENDED FOR THE GAME ONLY!! I DIDN'T POST THIS FOR A REAL LIFE EVENT. If your dumb enough to try this in real life, DON'T BLAME ME!!!

easy money (cheats required)

This may sound a bit strange, but you can get some easy money at the beginning with this cheat, and since this isn't the 360 version there are no adverse effects to cheats at all ^^
Anyways, the way to get money is to summon a Jetmax. When you summon a Jetmax, it falls from the sky, thereby sometimes crushing pedestrians. crushed pedestrians drop money. But the biggest bonus is that your wanted level will never go up, and it can be fun at times, especially if you say cheesy lines Like "and the forecast for today....BOATS" xD
Seriously, I got like 10k from a thirty minute run of this. Plus, you can use this to create SERIOUS destruction. one time I got five cars to explode at once! and Chain explosions occured after that. Leaving SERIOUS moolah on the ground to pick up.
